. Our journey began as a gift. Co-owner Manuel Baca received a course on brewing beer as a gift and before long he was upgrading the home brew system to accommodate full mash and adjunct brews.

It was around this time that the craft brewery boom was happening around the Denver Metro area, so we spent a lot of fun afternoons exploring each unique location and meeting the creative, hard working, awesome people who were putting out fun and unique creations, much to the delight of their guests. That's it, we were  hooked! 

In 2014 we began writing our business plan as we continued to become more and more ingrained in the craft beer community in Colorado and beyond. Every step we made toward our dream gave us assurances that we were in the right business, surrounded by the right people but we thought we were still about five years away from seeing it become a reality until, in October of 2014 Co-owner Erica Baca received news that the large financial company she worked for was closing the Denver office. We decided that was our sign to "fast-track" our business plan and begin looking for financial support and shopping for a location.

We signed our lease in 2016 and after two years of crying into our beers at other local breweries over rezoning and construction delays, we were delighted to bring our own version of that experience of community in July of 2018. 

We worked so hard to bring a unique concept to fruition and have enjoyed the fruits of our labor every say as we continue to meet incredible people who are as passionate as we are about the creativity and community around craft beer.
